Ready for a sweet HIIT workout to start off your lovely Tuesday?
Good! Me too!
This workout is loaded with exercises that will work your entire body, get your heart rate skyrocketing and open those sweat cells like crazy. Get those muscles fired up because they are about to be toasted!
+ gymboss interval timer
+ kettlebell(s) ( I used my trusty new 35lb! ) ( 10lbs for the get ups )
+ exercise mat
Set your timer for 15 seconds of REST and 45 seconds of WORK with a total of 12 rounds.
Think of hard how you’re going to work during each 15 second interval & KICK BUTT during each 45 second interval! GO!

I actually used a single kettlebell ( 35lbs ) for the curtsy lunge and overhead press. You can do this too, just be sure to hold the kettlebell with both hands – keeping it in front of your chest when you’re not pressing.

The key here is TO USE YOUR CORE!!!!
