Ready for the Lushious Bikini Body Challenge Workout?
Let’s do this!
This workout is a 12 minute As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) workout. The point of this workout is to complete the reps provided for each exercise, moving through them as fast as possible while maintaining proper form throughout the entire workout.
The quality of your exercise creates a better quality of your workout.
Quality is better than quantity – strong. good. reps.
+ check in each day for the NEW daily workout
+ drink lots of water throughout the day, and especially around your workout time
+ (again) always train with proper form, focusing on your breathing and tempo
+ focus on eating lean protein with lots of vegetables for every meal

+ exercise mat
And for this workout – you won’t even need shoes!! (if you’re at home at least, I wouldn’t recommend bare feet in the gym!)
Set your timer for a 12 minute countdown.
Complete the reps for each exercise, following the order as shown, without rest.
PUSH UP + CRAB COMBO x4 reps
1 PUSH UP + 1 CRAB TOE TOUCH =1 rep (alternating sides after each push up)
x50 reps of BICYCLE CRUNCHES
x10 reps of JUMP LUNGES
THE EXERCISES IN ACTION
1 PUSH UP + 1 CRAB TOE TOUCH
The picture above shows one push up, and then moving to my left side to complete a left toe touch, so my next rep would be to complete another push up and then move towards my right side, to complete a right toe touch. This would equal 2 reps.
Complete 2 more. AKA – two toe touches per foot! 🙂
Ha! I tried!
Each time your elbow moves towards your knee counts as one rep. Complete 50!
Each jump counts as one rep.
5 per side!
Don’t ask why the hands go up and down! HA! It’s the best I could get! 😉
