As much as no one likes to admit, myself included, Summer is coming to an end and right now we’re in full swing of all things back to school. That means right now is the perfect time to prepare and plan for your fitness goals, by making sure you’re properly equipped with enough to keep your workouts going strong this school season.
Today I’ve come up with a round-up of 13 workouts (plus some warm ups, cool downs and a few bonus workouts at the end of the post) that you can do in any small space, such as a dorm room and all you need is a pair of dumbbells. Andddd you don’t have to go out and spend too much of your hard-earned cash on weights either, see those dumbbells in the above picture? I bought those 10lbs at WalMart for only $25 for the pair! Practically a steal!
There are a few workouts within this round-up that I’ve suggested to use a Gymboss Interval Timer as a tool to help time the workouts. This is also a super cheap personal trainer (as I like to call it, because holy, working against time can really kick butt!) but isn’t necessary as you can use your smartphone timer if you please.
