I’m so ready for this workout! I have no choice but to do it at the gym, since I no longer own a stability ball. That won’t be for long though. Even though I don’t use a stability ball often, it’s something that is very cheap to buy and stores away easily in your home, so to me, that’s a great piece of exercise equipment to have at home to get in workouts like these when you aren’t pumping iron in the gym.
Think of a beautiful Summer sunny morning, you’re awake, and getting packed to go to the beach for the day. Before jumping into your bikini, throw on your shorts and sports bra and grab your stability ball. Do this workout before the beach to give your tush a little enhancement for those bikini bottoms!
Now, quit your day dreaming, it’s winter, and for now, those glutes will probably stay covered….but that doesn’t mean you can’t work them all winter long and have some new-found-glute-love going on this coming Summer. 😉

50 Low Wall Squats
50 Glute Raises
I’m not really looking forward to tomorrow morning. I have a day off of work, but I’m still planning on getting up at 4:30am and get into the gym before my day of Christmas shopping begins. If there’s one thing I don’t like, it’s shopping. Especially when the malls are crazy busy like they are right now for the holidays.
Maybe I should just take a day off the gym, stay at home and shop online in my pj’s all day….?
Nah….I wouldn’t miss bicep day, how else will my little bi’s grow 😉
