This workout is going to be completely brutal! It’s a mash-up between two compound lower body exercises, one which targets the hamstrings and the other targets the quads, and about a million reps to do! (that’s how it’s going to feel anyway!)

Because the reps are so high during this workout, we’re going to work between both exercises through a super set. This gives a little bit of time to allow the muscles to rest.
lushious TIP: Although this workout is going to put you into instant beast mode, don’t begin with your heaviest weight. The goal throughout this workout is to be able to get all of the reps without resting for long periods of time. This means there will be a lot of mind focus, and pushing through the lactic acid feeling. (the muscle burning) Using a heavier weight right off the start will burn out the muscles too quickly. These are a lot of reps!!! And we need to get through them all!
