When I began working out, I can’t really ever remember wanting big biceps, or triceps, but as weights were being lifted, and my body was showing signs of changing, I began wanting to improve not only my biceps, but every muscle.
I normally do biceps and triceps on different days, but sometimes I love getting a really good arm pump and work them together. It’s even better if you throw a little shoulders in there too. 🙂 You know when it’s really nice to work biceps and triceps together…when you’re going to be wearing a tank top. Working your arms tones your muscles, which really makes those arm muscles shine when you’re wearing sleeveless shirts, or even dresses.
There’s always a need to work your biceps and triceps because you can never have arms that are too sexy, can you? 😉
For each exercise below, complete 4 sets of 10 reps with 30 seconds rest between sets.

I’m kind of excited about this new journey of Yoga Sunday I began yesterday! Basically I picked a few yoga poses that I want to learn, and each Sunday I’m going to spend about 10 – 20 minutes to practice those poses. Throughout the week I will add them into my post workout stretching routine in order to keep going with them.
At this point, I’m aiming for more flexibility in my hip flexors, lower back and core. After working with this stretch I really felt wonderful in my shoulders. They took the most of the stretch, along with my abs while doing the king dancer and literally felt so loose. So far, loving yoga. 🙂
