How about we end the third week of the Lushious Bikini Body Challenge with a big full body-omg-I’m-gonna-die-kinda-feeling BANG!

+ always train with proper form, focusing on your breathing and tempo
+ focus on eating lean protein with lots of vegetables for every meal

Complete a total of 5 circuits following the reps for each exercise below, without rest.
PISTOL SQUAT x6 reps (alternating after each rep)
SINGLE LEG PUSH UP x20 reps (alternating after each rep)
left SIDE BURPEE x10 reps
left SIDE PLANK LIFT x15 reps
LOW JACKS x100 reps
right SIDE BURPEE x10 reps
right SIDE PLANK LIFT x15 reps

After this workout, it would be best to spend about 5 minutes stretching out the entire body.
