Yesterday was a quick, intense, 8 minute core workout, and today is a longer, extremely intense (because we’re lifting HEAVY!) glutes & hamstrings workout, and it’s going to be goooooooooood!
Squeeze the glutes like crazy!!!! They should be pretty much be on fire before the workout actually ends. If not – use heavier weight! 😉

barbell HIP THRUST x6 reps
BOX STEP DOWN x20 reps (per leg)
stability ball (or machine) HAMSTRING CURL x8 reps using a super slow tempo of 5 during the lowering phase
single LEG LIFT + HIP BRIDGE x15 reps (per leg)
BOX JUMP x8 reps
prone GLUTE SQUEEZE x50 reps
