This week had a little bit of a slow start, but then I was like a hot rod, speeding up to pass! Vrooooom!
I feel amazing! My workouts this week have been different and why…..???….because I’m doing everything that I don’t normally do! I’m sweating my little butt off and I feel like right now I have an awesome plan of fat attack. I can’t give away too many details now, but soon, you’ll see!
I did this workout last Thursday and immediately knew it was one to share. I just knew you would love it! It’s going to get us all closer to our goals! One workout at a time, it’s time to get rowdy and excited about exercise! Go grab your medicine balls and get busy! 🙂

I’ve gotta say I’m really taking a liking to these new shorts I bought. It took a while for me to get into the gym with them but I can feel another short day coming on soon! 🙂
