Hey guys & Happy Sunday!
I’m SUPER excited that tomorrow is the first workout of the Lushious Bikini Body Challenge! I’ve really been WAITING for this workout challenge to begin!! I have a motivated attitude ready to go, I’m so much more than ready to kick some butt!
These next 12 weeks are going to be filled with a huge variety of exercises, including plyometrics to help with fat loss, and weight training to help tone the body. These workouts are going to be very challenging, most of them being super intense as we fight against time, and pretty much every workout will be less than 30 minutes!
The focus for this challenge is to feel comfortable in your own skin. To build self-esteem and carry confidence on a daily basis. Working out for 5 days a week is going to improve your mood, which will enhance your happiness throughout each day. You will notice an extreme difference within your energy levels. Your sleep will improve. You will begin to see small changes within your body as the week progress.
Now is the time to dedicate yourself to this challenge.
Tomorrow is the first day of a new attitude, focusing on what’s most important in life.
Each morning I will post the workout of the day.
