Can you honestly believe there are only 3 weeks left of the Lushious Bikini Body Challenge?!?! It’s unreal! What’s even more unreal is the fact that when this challenge is over…..it will almost be September! EEkkkk!!! Before I know it, I’ll be working on Summer 2017 body goals! 😉
Ok, let’s get into the goods! This week’s workout plan!
I’m beginning my new job this week (YAY!) and because of this, I’m NOT planning on working out on Monday….and I might keep it this way for the rest of the challenge if all goes well. I normally don’t miss a Monday as it’s the day when I always get “back into the grind” after the weekend, but since my lifestyle is heading for a change…..why not bring on some more! 🙂 Plus, since I have all weekend, there’s no reason why I can’t give myself a little break on Sunday – Monday and workout on Saturday. 😉
Which means, the plan this week is to still aim for five workouts, working opposite muscle groups, lifting heavy weights….because it’s the best way to obtain great results ! ! !
This is going to be a fun week!!!!
