Hey, Hey, Heyyyyyyy!
For the Lushious Bikini Body Challenge this week, the plan involves four workouts, which target different muscle groups. Because WHY? It’s an excellent way to obtain progress, that’s why!
Tomorrow is the start of week #11 which means there are only two challenge weeks left. It’s incredible how quickly time has gone by, and how many huge changes have developed over the past 10 weeks. I’m sure you’re all in the same boat with me! This challenge has made quite the lifestyle change so far, and I’m really looking forward to these next two upcoming weeks! I love seeing progress over time, feeling so good, and spreading my good moods to everyone, every where I go! Working out does more for your body than strengthening and toning, it creates an entire lifestyle of happiness!
