Goooooood morning beauties!
Rise and shine! Today, I’m super ready to roll with this weeks workout plan!
When the Lushious Bikini Body Challenge began, I explained my reasoning behind this challenge is to help build a healthy lifestyle, improve self-love and feel comfortable in a bikini every day. Along with kicking my workouts up to 5 days a week, I’ve been trying to move around as much as possible, doing small things like parking my car far away from the store doors when I’m running errands, when I take the stairs I’m now taking two stairs at a time, I’m walking faster, focusing on my posture all. the. time, and even moving around the house more when I’m at home, cleaning up things or organizing, I’m trying to keep myself busy.
MAKING IT A LIFESTYLE.
I’ve also been focusing on eating more vegetables to try to keep my macro intake good. (Last week I shared my 3 day meal prep for my work lunch on lushious EATS which you can see HERE.) I was adding spinach and tomatoes with chopped mushrooms with my eggs in the morning, trying to have 2 protein shakes a day to keep my protein intake good – this is a struggle for me, but I’m working through it and listening to how my body responds.
The last two weeks have been a slow, but good progress of increasing my cardio endurance and motivation. I’m now beginning to see some change in my lower core and even my calves!
Slow progress is good progress! Plus, there’s still 10 more weeks to go, if I’m already feeling these changes, think of how good it’s going to be in 10 weeks from now. And beyond those 10 weeks! How about, for life!
Things are different now. The last two weeks I’ve had a slow, but sure change of mind, and from here on out, it’s only going to get better.
There is nothing as powerful as a mind change.
