I’m super excited for another intense week in workouts.
This challenge has definitely improved my motivation! I can really feel it, and see it – especially when the Summer weather tends to take over my mind. During the warmer months it’s a constant battle of deciding to work out – or to be outside and enjoy the weather. #thestruggleisreal
Is anyone else like this? Please tell me so! 😉 This reason is exactly why I wanted to do a challenge! To hold myself accountable and see some awesome progress throughout Summer! 🙂
As we are moving into the half way mark of the Lushious Bikini Body Challenge I think this is a great time to follow-up on progress. Today let’s take a picture of ourselves and compare it to a picture before the challenge began.
