We are moving into our 7th week of the Lushious Bikini Body Challenge this week and it’s going to be an awesome week!!! And SURPRISE, this week we’re stepping up our workout game and adding in an extra day!

This week I feel like doing something different. I’ve been doing so many at home workouts lately and it’s making me excited to try new ways of training from what I usually do. I’m incorporating yoga & stretching time into the plan this week, along with some plyometrics annnnnd maybe a run here and there.
You guys know that recently my old love for running has spiked a bit of interest. I haven’t been adding my run’s throughout the challenge because rather than planning on running, it’s just whenever the feeling springs upon me – I go. But something I don’t enjoy about running right now is the fact that I can’t listen to music when I go.
I don’t have an iPod – well I have a broken one that works 20% of the time – so I use my phone for music when I workout. When I go for a run, the last thing I want to do is hold my phone in my hand, so I ended up ordering a FlipBelt. 🙂 Do you have one? Or know if they’re good? LOL! I hope so!
I’m pretty excited and can’t wait for it to come. When it does, I’ve already decided that I’m going to begin a new running challenge. Would you guys be interested in doing it too? Let me know in the comments or through email. I’d love to share if you guys wanna join along!
But for now, we lift weights and EAT LOTS to recover! 🙂
