Hello to week #8 of the Lushious Bikini Body Challenge!!!
It’s going to be another hot week here in Toronto. It’s been a constant flow of going in and out of heat waves for the past 6 – 8 weeks here. I love the warm weather but it makes at home workouts a little more difficult. Be sure to always drink a ton of water during the day to help stay hydrated. Especially during your workouts. It’s super important for the body to avoid dehydration at all times.
During these heat waves dehydration can happen quite easily – so keep in mind – water – water – water. And when a workout calls for no/minimal rest – your health is more important than not resting. If you ever feel sick, light-headed or dizzy, STOP immediately, and until you feel better, don’t do any more.
I have no plans to go to the gym this week, I’m really enjoying my dumbbell rack so I’m staying at home for all of my workouts. Week #8 is going to consist of sweet, super short workouts which means a lot of hard work, and intensity is coming up over the next 5 days!!
