Hey guys! Happy Sunday and welcome to Week #9 of the Lushious Bikini Body Challenge!!
Week 9 means big changes!!!
We’ve already completed 8 full weeks of working out 4 – 5 (mostly 5) days a week. At this point you should be feeling stronger and happier, seeing yourself looking leaner, feeling more toned than before, and less bloated, plus, your clothes should be starting to fit loosely – all kinds of awesome things happen after 8 weeks of dedication!
But what’s even more awesome than the results you’re seeing at this point, is the fact that the next 4 weeks are going to be even TOUGHER which means the harder you push = MORE RESULTS!
Let’s get to it!
This week’s workout plan is different from the previous weeks. Rather than working with a specific muscle group this week, I’m thinking it will be a good change to switch things up and work with an upper body/lower body split. Doing different training styles like this is a great way to shock the body – which ultimately creates even BIGGER results!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
