The above picture kills me, it’s really how I look when I’m about to go into the pistol. Worried that I’m about to fall over or even worse, pop a hole in my pants! Luckily I usually do these at home so there won’t be any embarrassing moments anytime soon…..
So, how about working those inner thighs today?
Get a big meal planned for after this workout because your body will be burning so many calories you’re going to need a good recovery meal.
This workout is a total lower body workout – but it’s focus is on the inner thighs. I think everyone girl wants “better thighs”, I know I definitely do and it’s workouts like these that will get me there.
That means, the lower body workouts aren’t going to be stopping any time soon.

Complete the following exercises and reps in the order below without any rest.
Alternate legs when applicable.
30 SIDE LUNGES & KNEE UP
5 PISTOL SQUATS
50 POP SQUATS
20 FROG SQUAT JUMPS
10 SQUAT THRUSTS
10 1 LONG JUMP FORWARDS + 2 SHORT JUMPS BACK
10 BACK LUNGES WITH FRONT KICK
I don’t have any gif’s today because as you can clearly tell, there were lots of blurry pictures in this workout which only meant for ugly gif’s. I’m working at becoming better and hopefully one day they will look great for you guys.
After successfully completing this workout you’re going to need a little cool down for those legs of yours. I recently shared my Lower Body Stretching Routine which I’m currently doing after my workouts. It is a great routine to follow even if you don’t have a lot of flexibility. Post workout stretching is good to help prevent injuries, helps to ease the muscles (especially when worked realllll good) and repair muscle tears. 🙂
