A few days ago, I woke up, it was a regular morning, the sun was shining, I was feeling good. But there was something about this particular day that was making me a feel SUPER good! It was like I got punched in the face with a boost of motivation!!! 🙂

At this point. I feel like, I really need it though.
Lately it seems like my “not stressing over the foods I eat” attitude have become a little too loose. I’ve been over eating – a lot – and when you add along a few extra beers here and there – it isn’t good news for the belly.
Last weekend was the first long weekend to kick off Summer ’16 and all 3 days I wore a bikini.
To be completely honest – I truly enjoy life under the sun, bikini days are the best days!!! But I wasn’t totally comfortable with my current bloating situation from all the extra (junk) food over the past few weeks. After taking a vacation, and then being sick for about three weeks, it really dragged me down not eating or working out as I normally would.
I don’t like the feeling of laziness, or tiredness that comes along with a lack of exercise, or hardly eating healthy foods. The difference in my mood, my energy, my confidence, it’s all coming back now that I’m cleaning up my diet and getting back into my workouts over the past few days.
Now that I’ve been punched……I feel like it’s about that time to PUSH HARD.
It’s time to stop doubting myself.
It’s time to come to realize that I CAN BE THAT GIRL!
Stop worrying about what I can’t do and focus on the shit that I CAN DO, or I WILL DO!
It’s time to get REAL!
Which gets me into some GOOD NEWS!
A part of May goals was to incorporate skipping and exercise variation into my workouts more, which I’ve been doing in my last few workouts, but after being super sick and not working out for 10 days – it truly put a lot of stress on my body getting back into working out.
I’m finally working through this nasty cold I’ve had and now it’s time to strengthen my immune, get my full energy levels back and get back into HARD and INTENSE workouts!!! I miss them! I miss the challenge of having to fight through the reps, or the time, or the exercise in order to progress further. I’m ready to step it up and feel strong, confident and LOVE wearing a bikini – any day!

I’m talking about 5 workouts each week with full visual explanation of every exercise! These workouts are going to be focused on muscle toning, increasing the heart rate to blast fat and best of all, enhancing energy so you’re feeling good all day, every day!
THE LUSHIOUS BIKINI BODY PLAN
Beginning Sunday June 5th, each Sunday for 12 weeks I’ll post the workout plan for the upcoming week.
The first workout begins Monday June 6th.
Each week, Monday through Friday, I’ll post the daily workout.
The workouts are going to be consisting of a variety of exercises, and training styles. Including, but not limited to; short intense workouts, weight training + kettlebell training, time challenges, endurance + stability training, and extreme HIIT & cardio + jump rope workouts.
Variety & Intensity will be KEY!
After sticking to this 12 week challenge, I guarantee that you’re going to improve your lifestyle, your mood, and your body! Remember, each day you have a choice, and if you choose to do the workout, you can’t lose!
