Good Morning Monday!
What an incredible weekend we just had! The weather was fantastic all weekend! Super hot and super humid so today, I’m heading off to the gym to workout. There is no way I can work out at home when it’s like over 25 degrees in my house….at 6am!! 😉
I secretly love it though. I’m a big Summer bum! Warm weather and sunshine all day long…bring it!
Hamstrings & quads today! I’m SO ready for this workout. Bring it!
+ check in each day for the NEW daily workout
+ drink lots of water throughout the day, and especially around your workout time

Complete the following exercises in the order below, each for 4 sets.
barbell FRONT SQUAT x8 reps with 60 seconds rest
dumbbell SPLIT SQUAT x12 reps (per leg) with 40 seconds rest
prone HAMSTRING CURL x10 reps with 30 seconds rest
seated LEG EXTENSION x12 reps with 30 seconds rest
dumbbell WALKING LUNGES x40 reps with 60 seconds rest
reverse HYPEREXTENSIONS x20 reps with 40 seconds rest

Since I’m heading off to the gym this morning to do this workout, I won’t be using the stability ball or resistance band. Instead I’m going to jump on the machines to switch things up a bit.
It’s been a while since I’ve gone to the gym! At home workouts lately are the way it seems! 🙂
