Complete the following circuit, without rest, for a total of 10 rounds!!!
WALKING PUSH UP x3
ELBOW TO BENT KNEE OBLIQUE CRUNCH (per side) x6
CLAPPING PUSH UP (on knees or toes) x3
TOE TOUCH CRUNCH x12
FINGER PUSH UP x3
LYING SINGLE LEG LIFT + TOE TOUCH x12 (total reps)

At anytime during the push ups, get on those knees if you’re unable to complete the reps. It’s better to get down on the knees than to give up and move on.
Also, take note to how I’m on my knees in the picture of the clapping push ups. I find keeping the shins on the floor, rather than the toes, helps to put more weight on the upper body – this way they won’t be too easy!
