Hello 2016 and hey guys, did you miss me?? 😉
I’ve taken some time for myself to sort out a few things that really needed figuring out, but now I’m back and ready to kick-start 2016 with a killer workout routine!
2016 is all about the year of change, and of course, everything will be better!
I’m going to get right into doing a 4 – 6 week routine of building lean muscle while increasing calorie burning potential to kick away some stubborn fat. I’m thinking of a heavy weight + light weight + bodyweight exercises in between to keep rest to a minimum. I would love for you guys to join me! Basically this week, I’ll be sharing each workout I do with you guys, in hopes that these workouts can benefit you too!
I was in the gym 5 days last week, and it felt great! But there was something missing…..Has anyone noticed any new year’s resolutioners in your gym this year? For the first time in about 3 years, I can honestly say there didn’t seem to be anyone new this year.
I guess I have all the motivation this year. 😉
