Mornings are my favourite time to workout. I love the feeling of morning exercise, it leaves me feeling accomplished and in a good mood all day. Not that I’m in a bad mood when I don’t workout in the mornings – I just seem to wear my smile so much more after a workout.
You know what I mean?
Once those endorphins get flowing through my body, I just can’t really get in a bad mood. 🙂
Last week I did this workout in the morning, and it just took me under 7 minutes. In that short amount of time, I managed to get my abdominals quite the workout. This workout is full of exercises which target the entire abdominal area, so by the end of this workout you’re going to be tired of keeping your abs engaged. Don’t let them loose though, especially during the butt ups and mountain climbers – those are amazing exercises for the abs!

I’m excited to start a new workout plan this Friday which I created and is solely focused on gym workouts, but I can modify a bunch of the exercises so I can still do the workouts if it happens to be a workout at home kinda day.
