Ready for some intensity?
Because this workout has it!
Skipping is so much fun, and even though I’m not that good at it, I still like to add it into my workouts quite often. Especially in the Spring when the cold weather leaves and I can finally enjoy a nice workout outside! I sometimes take my skipping rope to the gym in the winter months, but it’s the best when you can just step outside into your driveway.
Then at least when I smack myself in the calf I don’t have to worry about making it look like it didn’t hurt. OUCH! LOL!

This is the exact kind of cardio workout I love!!! 10 minutes of skipping baby!!!
That’s the cardio part – next comes soothing and relaxing out the muscles and joints.
I’ve linked quite a few of my stretching posts, so you can take a look through if there’s an area within your body that you feel is really tight – try some stretching!
KEEP IN MIND when doing any stretching to always breathe slow, and really focus on the area which you are working with.
