Today’s workout is the 60th and final workout of the Lushious Bikini Body Challenge!!!!
After completing this workout, we have officially finished the 12 week challenge!

I definitely want to say a big THANK YOU and CONGRATULATIONS for deciding to do this challenge and sticking to it all Summer!! It can sometimes be easy to skip workouts, and eat less healthy food during the Summer time but Summer ’16’s Lushious Bikini Body Challenge changed all of that!
Throughout the last 12 weeks, we have completed a huge variety of workouts which were all awesome on their own way. It was a fun challenge both mentally and physically that’s for sure!
After today, when the challenge is over, it’s time to think about……as much as I don’t want to mention it – – – – – winter routine! It’s that time of the year when I move out of my Summer-more-relaxed-routine and get into my winter-more-serious-routine.
And I’m ready for it!

C1: dumbbell SPLIT SQUAT x10 reps (per leg)
C2: ball SIDE PLANK LIFT x12 reps (per side)
