I’m excited for this week’s challenge because it’s using one of my favorite exercises for the booty.
The elevated bridge.
It’s one of my favorite exercises for my butt mostly because I really feel the entire glutes working hard together as I’m squeezing the hell outta them, pushing my hips through the ceiling and I love it.
It just feels good.
The Sunday BumDay Challenge Day 2
This week’s chosen exercise for the Sunday BumDay Challenge is the elevated bridge.
+ exercise mat
+ gymboss interval timer
+ foam roller
Get out your favorite timer ( see mine below! ) and set it up for 7 minutes.
Start the timer and start working those glutes until your 7 minutes in glute heaven are up!
Remember to keep a nice & slow tempo, like 3 – 4 seconds up and 3 – 4 seconds down.
Breathe out while you’re squeezing your glutes and forget about the timer! Focus on your muscles and you’ll be done in no time!
Take a booty rest day tomorrow because on Tuesday, we’ll be going booty building HARD !!!
