Oh Sunday BumDay you’re killing me!
There’s not much to say today, other than you’re about to feel an incredible sensation in your glutes if you’re going to do today’s challenge.
Just you and your mat.
It might sound like too much, or not enough, depending on how you look at it, but believe me when I say…..don’t think about it….really. Just do it. And think about nothing! Just focus on your glute muscles doing it all.
The Sunday BumDay Challenge Day #3
This week’s exercise challenge is the Prone Glute Squeeze and as I already mentioned, it’s a brutal 250 reps of them!

Lay on your stomach, arms bent or by your side, whatever is comfortable for you. The main focus here are the glute muscles.
Nothing but squeezing the butt muscles to lift your legs.
Lifting through the glutes, think BUTT only.
Take quick rests when you need to, but try to do the full 250 without having to get up and walk around.
Rather than feeling the lactic acid, focus on the muscle movement.
And that about sums it up for today.
Yesterday was a rest day for me and it was well deserved. Tomorrow I’ll be back in the gym before the sun rises, I’m thinking it’ll be a good day for shoulders! 😉
