The last one has to be the hardest, right?!!?!
I mean, after last week’s stabilizer meltdown challenge, I can’t even imagine getting into this exercise. It’s gonna be tough!!!
Hard + Effective!
For today’s challenge, I wanted to do a time challenge, but then I’m thinking that reps are better to work with here because during a time challenge, I’ll probably get more reps for one side, and you probably would too. Everyone has a stronger side, and I could see my left leg kicking much quicker than my right.
So to keep things even, reps it is! Haha!
Are you ready?!?!?!?! I bet you’re probably more ready than me, LOL. I have to say I’m not really in much of an exercising mood today. My house is freezing and I’ve been eating nothing but take out and delivery since our power went out on Thursday. There’s still lots of positive thoughts and hopes that the hydro will come back on today, but it’s hard to stay positive when your toes are numb and the hydro company states the hydro will be off until tomorrow night. Brrrrr.
Guess in a way, there’s no better time to work up a sweat. Haha, so let’s go guys!!!
The Sunday BumDay Challenge Day #8
This week’s exercise challenge is: the Elevated Plank Knee Tuck + Kickback
+ stability ball
+ exercise mat
100 reps on EACH SIDE !
+ get into a high plank, placing your feet on the ball
+ engage your core like a crazy person and keep it that way
+ using one leg at a time, lift your foot off the ball, bend your knee into your chest ( using your core muscles to pull ) and extend your leg, kicking your foot back ( using the glutes )
Do all 100 reps on one side, then the other side. Try doing all the reps without rest. Its gonna be hard, but its gonna be good!!!
That finalizes the Sunday BumDay Challenge guys! 8 weeks of successful booty boosting 😀😀😀 good job!!!
I hope to be sharing a new workout real soon ( as soon as my lap top can be charged and I can access my pics 😀 ) so stay tuned! And send some hydro my way!! LOL.
