Set a timer for 8 rounds; 20 seconds for WORK and 10 seconds for REST. This is equal to 4 minutes.
Complete a 4 minute tabata for each exercise.
Rest between the two exercise rounds should be no longer than to restart the timer. (or take 10 seconds – why not!)
