Today, I’m bringing back the push press because I had too much fun on Tuesday! Only this time we’re going to work the entire shoulder area, and there will be rest within this workout. A little different training style, but still a great way to enhance the muscle gains and get growing!
Throughout this workout you want to use a weight that will create a struggle for the final reps. This is the rule of thumb in most workouts – unless we’re working towards endurance. This workout is set up into two super sets, meaning completing two exercises back to back without rest. After completing both exercises, take the rest time and begin the next set when done.
This workout is going to work your anterior, posterior and lateral delts – aka; it’s going to get your shoulders poppin’!

Set your timer for one round of 60 seconds. This is for your rest.
Complete the following super sets and reps in the order below.
SUPER SET “A”
x4 sets x60 seconds rest
A1- PUSH PRESS x10 reps
A2- seated LATERAL RAISE x15 reps
SUPER SET “B”
x5 sets x60 seconds rest
B1- dumbbell UPRIGHT ROW x15 reps
B2- seated REVERSE FLY x12 reps
