Remember when I told you that I’m on a mission to become the next glute guru? ( if not, please, refresh your memory )
It’s time to reveal the Sunday BumDay Challenge!
Who loves to have fun? Because fitness should also be about having fun and this challenge will be awesome fun!
And, this challenge is also going to ROCK!!
It’s definitely not your typical “booty challenge” ( if you google butt challenge, you’ll clearly see, ) this challenge isn’t about working the glutes every day, or completing a certain workout weekly, or even doing any workout for that matter, it’s more about burning the glutes through a HUGEEEEEE number of reps, once a week, using bodyweight exercises only.
BUT don’t think that this challenge will be a “waste of time” because honey, I’m looking for the best booty results, I’m ready and more motivated than before, and honestly, Summer is coming and what better time to work harder than before?
And it won’t be easy.
With that being said, I’m thinking it’s time we go another challenge together!
So at this point you’re probably wondering how a butt is going to change when you’re only doing a high rep exercise once a week? Well it’s simple. It’s not going to change. Really, doing only this challenge and nothing else isn’t going to put you up a pant size.
Which is why….ALONG with the Sunday BumDay Challenge, I will also be sharing TWO glute workouts that I’m doing each week, which means we’re stepping up our bum games to 3 days a week!
3 days!!! So if you’re looking for booty improvement, this is where it’s at!
The plan is to work the glutes ( high rep, and I’m talking SUPER high rep! ) for Sunday BumDay on Sunday ( obviously ) and then Tuesdays and Thursdays are going to be the other two glute days. Expect to see a new butt workout, both of those days, for each week until the Sunday BumDay Challenge is over! This means we’ll be doing 15 butt workouts over the next 8 weeks AND 8 days of the Sunday BumDay Challenge!
That’s a whole lotta booty boosting right there!
So it’s totally up to you if you want to follow along with the workouts I’m posting, or you can follow the Sunday BumDay Challenge while doing your own workout program.
I’ll leave that one up to you.
But before you plan anything I have to warn you….
This challenge will be hard.
I mean it!
Muscles aren’t build over night, and they definitely aren’t build with light weight and zero intensity. I want a sore booty every…single….Monday, Wednesday and Friday! HaHa! And what I want, I get! ( Well when it comes to my workouts that is! ) 😉

THE SUNDAY BUMDAY CHALLENGE
Rules Smules, there are no freaking rules!
It’s a fun challenge and it will help motivate all of us!
Each BumDay challenge can be done anywhere, with very minimal equipment. These exercises will mostly bodyweight due to the extreme high rep, but don’t be surprised if you see a stability ball or a band being used. Those are both excellent equipment ( and cheap! ) choices for going all out with high reps. ( and we will be! )
The only thing that’s gonna happen, is for the next 8 Sunday’s, I’m going to post the Sunday BumDay Challenge and all that you have to do in return is promise to set the time aside and do it!
