This workout is something similar to what I would create for my bootcampers.

What really got to me was the jump squats to jump lunges – HARD! but so good at the same time!
I truly loved this workouts; its one of my favourite workouts here on Lushious Lifts so far! 🙂 Give it a try, if you think the reps are too high – just do what you can but keep in mind, this may not be the best workout if you’re a beginner because you really need to know your form for these exercises.
+ Set of Dumbbells – (but not necessary!)

Complete the following exercises and reps in the order below, without any rest; alternating sides when applicable.
25 CURTSY LUNGE + SIDE KICK
15 SQUATTING SIDE LUNGE + JUMP
10 SPIDERMAN LUNGES + PUSH UPS
20 JUMP SQUATS TO JUMP LUNGES
15 PIKE JUMPS TO JUMP TUCKS
I’m feeling pretty sore today. Yesterday I went to the gym with my husband and did a pretty cool circuit workout full of lots of chins, which is something I really need more of!
I need more compound exercises in my life because they’ll help with a few pounds that I have which I would rather see tight and toned, so I have to work my butt off to get there! 🙂
