If you haven’t done a workout on the sand before, you don’t know what you’re missing! Workouts are SO hard on the sand. Not having a “floor” to workout on creates those muscles of yours to work excessively in order to keep your body stabilized. This only means you’re going to burn that many more calories during exercise.
Your whole body will feel the workout! Just because the exercises are focused on the abs, you’re upper body will be carrying your weight, your abs will be working throughout the workout and your legs are going to be all over the place with these plank exercises!

Complete 50 reps for each of the following exercises in the exact order without any rest; alternating sides when applicable.

After seeing these pictures from returning home from a vacation last year, I laughed so hard. I didn’t think to turn so my opposite side was facing the camera, where I didn’t have 30 bug bites showing. It kind of looks like I had chicken pox because I couldn’t help but to scratch. After being so attacked that vacation, even though I had lots of bug spray, I was determined to find something that worked.
After returning home from a recent visit to the Caribbean I’ve now found my new “bug spay”.
Believe it or not but Gin works, and works amazing. My husband and I were the only Canadians returning home without being covered. So no more bug bite pictures. Thank you Gin. 🙂
