This workout was pretty hard for me.
Call me weak, call me crazy, call me whatever you like – but don’t call me anything until you’ve done this workout!
Last week I posted my all time favourite workout (so far!) on Lushious Lifts (this Thigh Burning, Fat Blasting, Bootcamp Workout) This interval core workout – killed my abs like that workout killed my whole body!
All you’re going to need for this workout is your interval timer and your exercise mat.
Be ready, because those abs will be on fire!

Set your timer for 8 rounds of 45 seconds WORK and 15 seconds REST.
Circuit through the following exercises, in the order below.

Normally planks take my breath away and can be one of the hardest exercises in bodyweight core workouts – but this workout really gets deep into the lower abdominals, and every exercise is a bitch!
But nothing good comes from easy workouts. 🙂
